Penny Kinnally

Her career includes working with professionals such as Ken Nordstrom, Nick and Kost Karazissis, Fran and Joe Dotoli, and Nona Garson among others.
She shows horses in divisions ranging from the
hunters to preliminary jumpers. Her clients compete in these divisions as well as the equitation at shows such as Garden State, Monmouth County, North Hampton, Eastern States, Saratoga, HITS and the Hampton Classic as well as spending numerous winters in Wellington, Florida.
In addition to her private clients, she has coached the Columbia University Equestrian Team since 2005, taking them to a Regional Championship in 2006-07, and qualifying numerous riders to Zones and Nationals.
She currently holds a "r" in hunters and hunt seat equitation and plans to expand her judging and clinic horizons

TRAINING PROGRAMS
Misfit Farm and Garret Mtn. are proud of our selection of trainers/instructors who teach lessons ranging from walk-trot to advanced in hunter/jumpers/equitation and dressage. We are happy to tailor a training package to you and/or your horses' needs and goals.
LESSON PROGRAMS
We have a wide selection of school horses and ponies, ranging from beginner through advanced.
Leasing options available!!! From school horse leases to full show horse leasing, our staff is happy to find the perfect match!
LESSON PRICES:
Penny Kinnally: $65 1/2 hr Evaluation Lesson
$75 hr Group / $650 for 10 lesson package ( 7 week expiration)
$85 1/2 hr Private /$750 for 10 lesson package (7 week expiration)

Nick Karazissis coming to Garret Mountain
We are proud to host a USHJA Sanctioned clinic with Nick Karazissis. Sessions are 2 hours in length and we limit each session to 5 riders. Mr. Karazissis is happy to teach all levels. We will create groups by age,height of jumps & ability based on information riders provide us. If scheduling permits, we will do a limited number of 1 hour privates. One auditor per rider is allowed.
3 sessions : $600
1 session : $225
Private : $200
Auditing : $25 per day
* Stalls are available : $30 per day
* Garret Mountain horses available for clinic lease: $50 per session

From George Washington Bridge, take Route 80 West to Exit 56 for Squirrel Wood Road. Make a left at Squirrel Wood Road and continue for about a mile. Make a left on Weasel Drift Road. Turn left at entrance to Garret Mountain Reservation, entrance to equestrian center is the first right upon entering the park.
From New York City (Lincoln Tunnel)
From Lincoln Tunnel, take Route 3 West. Bear right on Valley Road, stay right. Make a sharp left on Upper Mountain Road. Turn right at entrance to Garret Mountain Reservation, entrance to equestrian center is the first right upon entering the park.
From the West
