PENNY KINNALLY

Her career includes working with professionals such as Ken Nordstrom, Nick and Kost Karazissis, Fran and Joe Dotoli, Nona Garson, David Boley, Bernie Traurig, and Rodney Bross among others.

Penny’s show career has included time spent in the hunter & jumper rings. Her strong belief in solid basics as well as the philosophy that “one should know the rules before breaking the rules” means her students spend time in the hunter & equitation rings even if their ultimate goal is the jumper ring.

Misfit Farm’s show roster includes HITS, The Hampton Classic, PSJ in Aiken, SC, Princeton Show Jumping, Old Salem Farm, Brandywine, Monmouth at the Team to name a few.

Penny’s other love is the IHSA. She is firmly behind an organization that introduces riding and showing to a wide audience. She has been involved with the IHSA since 2005 when she took over the coaching duties for the Columbia University Equestrian Club.
